Signal wants people who want to help transform the Credit Union to better meet the needs of their members and community. It probably isn't the best place to work if you're punching a clock and mailing it in. There is growth opportunity for those who want to grow. I started in the branches here, and now run another department. Signal Financial is a great place to work. Like every workplace there will be challenges but it is nice to know there are so many people helping you along the way! Overall, this is a great place to work for and you will make friends that will last a lifetime. Additionally, I feel I have the 2 best employees and the 2 best Senior Leaders in the entire organization! The leadership and team here at Signal has made that possible. My passion has always been to make life easier for people and take away complexities, so that life can be more enjoyable. I was a bit excited and also scared of the drastic changed but I had, and still have, the support of everyone up to and including our CEO!įast forward to today and I am still sharing ideas and looking for ways to make things better for our members and the team here at Signal. The opportunity came for me to manage a totally different department. The more I shared and helped to implement ideas and processes, the more confident I became. At first, I was hesitant but my manager encouraged me more and more. The promotion came because I was encouraged to share my ideas more (not true at the old place). I made a lateral move from the old credit union to Signal, however, I was able to be promoted soon thereafter here at Signal. Coming to Signal, I was able to walk into a vastly different atmosphere where I have been able to thrive. The other credit union was similar in size and staffing, however the culture at the other place was toxic. ![]() The hospital can always expedite the process for you.I came to Signal a few years ago after working for another credit union. Usually, the discharge process in hospitalization cases includes both hospital and insurance processes and can take time. So when the final approval comes, those non-payable expenses need to be borne by the patient. Per policy, there will be many non-payable expenses not covered by insurance.At the time of discharge, the concerned TPA will assess and submit all final bills and discharge summaries to the insurance company.Also, during the hospitalization, if there is a need to increase the claim amount, the TPA can liaise with ManipalCigna for approval.Once the team assesses the claim request at ManipalCigna Health Insurance and initial approval is obtained, the patient or policyholder can proceed with the hospital procedures. ![]() ![]()
